Pregnant women and their partners benefit greatly from learning about the birth process. Childbirth education classes facilitate informed decision-making and contribute to a more satisfying, empowered birth experience. These classes also provide the perfect forum for learning, asking questions, gaining clarification and connecting with others. Classes cover what to expect during late pregnancy, labor and the postpartum period as well as newborn care and breastfeeding basics.

The full childbirth education series consists of two 4-hour classes. A third, 3-hour class on Breastfeeding Basics & Postpartum Planning is also offered as part of the series, or as a stand-alone class.
$300 per couple for the 2-class series (September 11 and 18, 2016 from 1:00pm to 5:30pm).
$75 Breastfeeding Basics and Postpartum Planning (October 2, 2016 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm) If you register for both Childbirth Education and the Breastfeeding class, you receive $25 off.
This series is recommended for couples who are 27+ weeks.
